The Yellowstone Art Museum has named the Tippet Rise Fund of the Sidney E. Frank Foundation “Foundation Philanthropist of the Year” for 2019. The award was presented during the museum’s annual membership meeting in late July. The founders of Tippet Rise, Peter and Cathy Halstead, and our staff have long been devotees of the Billings, Montana museum, which has cultivated and encouraged the arts and art education in this region for more than 50 years.
