Description

Pianist Roman Rabinovich, praised by The New York Times for his “uncommon sensitivity and feeling,” makes his debut at the art center this weekend, joining Tippet Rise alums violinist Paul Huang and the Escher String Quartet. Huang is the recipient of the prestigious Avery Fisher Career Grant, in 2015, and the Lincoln Center Award for Emerging Artists, in 2017. One of today’s preeminent ensembles, the Escher String Quartet serves as Season Artists at the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center and performs regularly at London’s Wigmore Hall. Friday’s recital spans the centuries, featuring pieces by Schubert, Dvořák, and Saint-Saëns.
