IGOR STRAVINSKY: The Rite of Spring
Pianist Anna Geniushene returns to Tippet Rise to play alongside pianist Lukas Geniušas, in his debut at the art center. The husband-and-wife duo have been performing together for over ten years, while also maintaining celebrated individual careers. Geniushene was the 2022 recipient of the prestigious Cliburn Silver Medal, and Geniušas is the laureate of several prominent international competitions, notably Silver Medalist at the 2015 Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow and at the 2010 International Chopin competition. At Tippet Rise, their program features three works for four hands.
