In a concert featuring Norwegian composer Rolf Wallin’s “Cabinet of Curiosities,” Mendelssohn, and Schumann, Israeli pianist Roman Rabinovich is joined by the Rolston String Quartet. Praised by The New York Times for his “uncommon sensitivity and feeling,” Rabinovich is the winner of the 12th Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition. From Leipzig’s Gewandhaus to London’s Wigmore Hall, from the Great Hall of Moscow Conservatory to the Millennium Stage at Washington DC’s Kennedy Center, Rabinovich has performed throughout Europe and the United States. This is his second season performing at Tippet Rise.
