With five performances, each sixty minutes long, this special festival weekend at Tippet Rise features our Artistic Advisor, the extraordinary pianist Pedja Muzijevic, joined by seven musicians in residence, each celebrated for their virtuosity and sought after for performances around the world. Saturday morning’s concert, outdoors, beneath the Domo, features Muzijevic and all seven musicians in residence—James Austin Smith, oboe, violinists Jennifer Frautschi and Benjamin Beilman, violists Ayane Kozasa and Nathan Schram, Sæunn Thorsteinsdóttir, cello, and Anthony Manzo, bass—playing works by Mozart, Haydn and Dohnányi.
