Description
For our final weekend of the season, we are thrilled to welcome members of Ensemble Connect, a two-year fellowship program of Carnegie Hall, the Juilliard School, and the Weill Music Institute in partnership with the New York City Department of Education. On Saturday morning at the Domo, these rising young stars will perform Mozart’s lively Flute Quartet No. 1 in D Major, K. 285 and then jump forward to the 21st century to showcase pieces by three extraordinary contemporary composers: Alexandra Gardner, David Bruce and Paul Wiancko.
