Program
The Honors Musicale will feature cellists Ilse-Mari Lee, Avery Berg, Avery Amende and Charis Omohundro; pianists Benjamin Carroll, Ilse-Mari Lee and Cara Robertus, violinist and flautist Pushya Krishna, clarinetist Veronika Shchepetkina, and actor Keegan Grady, in performances of works by Arvo Pärt, Mozart, Faure, Rachmaninov, Arthur Benjamin, Thomas More, Eriks Ešenvalds, Martin Åsander and Ilse-Mari Lee. The students are all students in the Honors College at Montana State University, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical and Biological Engineering, Nursing, Film and Photography, and Cell Biology and Neuroscience and Exercise Science.
New this year is the addition of the Aoide Singers. The Aoide Singers was founded in the fall of 2012 at Montana State University by a small group of friends in the Honors College. Their high level of artistry and commitment to contemporary choral music has received high praise and accolades throughout the state of Montana and beyond.
